Coaching Programmes.
Innerscope’s coaching programmes have proven to be a very effective intervention solution for KS3 & KS4 students. Our programmes are varied in content and as a result we are able to support and impact students with a variety of needs related to behaviour for learning, challenging behaviour, student well-being and academic aspiration and attainment.
What we cover.

Revision Hacks
Students will be introduced to a variety of revision methods that will enhance their skill set as they reflect on how to develop their approach to learning.

Applied Emotional Intelligence
As emotional intelligence is a key aspect of Innerscope’s work, the coaching programmes allow students to reflect on themes like: managing distressing emotions, managing relationships effectively, self-awareness and empathy.

Reflection & Problem Solving
Effective reflection is a core aspect of Innerscope’s approach. Throughout the duration of the programme students will be equipped with the ability to reflect on their existing approach towards their learning and will then be supported as they problem solve and plan their next steps.

Careers Support
A key aspect of Innerscope work is to support students as they prepare for the working world. Throughout the programme students will be provided with the opportunity to explore and discuss their career interest for the future.

Self-Leadership
As responsibility is one of Innerscope’s core values, students will be encouraged to see themselves as leaders. Aspects of the programme’s content has an emphasis on consequential thinking and informed decision making.

Independent Learning Skills
Our study skills coaching session combines evidence-based strategies with practical techniques to help students excel academically. With a focus on proven methods like retrieval practice and time management, we empower learners to study smarter, retain knowledge effectively, and approach their studies with confidence
