Keynote Topics.

A PEDAGOGY OF INSPIRATION
As a student, James was all too familiar with failure but a shift came about when a school friend asked an innocent question that led to a powerful realisation. With a deep affinity to his past as a struggling student, he depicts with creative clarity how a resilient mother and passionate teachers helped a struggling student shatter the limitations he once had.
As the CEO of a coaching company that exists to inspire learners and equip leaders, Innerscope has impacted the lives of thousands of students and staff teams nationwide working with companies like Pearson Edexcel, Warner Music Group and Adobe.
This keynote reminds us all that skilled professionals who are reconnected to their WHY, can make a transformative impact in the lives of the young people they serve. He has a resolve to resource professionals who desire to help students to experience a future that is not restricted by their past and his multi-award winning work that reduced youth crime and increased youth employment is a powerful example of this.
With a deep commitment to make the profound practical, this keynote highlight's James' tenacious resolve to ensure that leaders
from who work with students and young people are not only inspired but also equipped to make a difference.

INSPIRING CHANGE
Having a cohesive, harmonic team with all members working towards a shared vision is key to bringing that vision to success. Teachers who feel seen, heard and valued feel motivated and compelled to contribute.
How can we pay conscious attention to including all members of our staff teams and encouraging positive contributions from all? What happens when some team members don’t feel included? How can we create the conditions for every single team member to thrive individually and collaboratively within our teams?
During this keynote James draws deeply from his experience in working with school teams, shining a light on how we can connect with all staff members, bring harmony, compassion and empathy to our leadership and bring our shared school visions to success.

FRONTLINE LEADERSHIP
James was thrust into leadership in his early twenties as a senior detached youth practitioner for the Islington council. He was required to design and deliver intervention programmes that were delivered across two North London council estates in Lower Holloway and Finsbury Park.
Drawing on more than a decade’s worth of award winning youth engagement experience, this keynote details high impact approaches which inspire students and equip those who work with them.
Innerscope has been working with learners and leaders so that teams who support the development of students are resourced with transformative tools, and this keynote brings those tools together. Through his coaching, training and collaborating with middle and senior leaders, the Frontline Leadership keynote distils core insights that help leaders lead with improved confidence, clarity and competence.
James is committed to helping teams reflect and think about how they can maximise their impact as through harnessing self-awareness, applied emotional intelligence and practical insight designed to optimise team performance.
