He works with schools, academies and corporate teams to help learners, staff and leadership break through limiting patterns and build stronger ownership, communication and clarity at every level.

Becky Dawson

Becky is an experienced educator with over two decades across primary and secondary education, including senior responsibilities in safeguarding and special educational needs. She works with learners and staff teams to strengthen confidence, communication and engagement, creating environments where people feel supported and able to perform at their best.

Dee specialises in building strong relationships and creating calm, supportive environments where individuals can reset, refocus and move forward with clarity.
